錯誤訊息

使用pip install/conda install跳出的錯誤
解決方法
在anaconda3>Library>bin尋找這兩個檔案
- libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll
- libssl-1_1-x64.dll
然後複製到anaconda3>DLLs.
